- 2 cans of Co-op Gold butter chicken sauce
- 1 medium onion
- 3 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- Naan bread
- Start the rice in a separate pot.
- Chop the onion, cube the chicken, and fry them together until the chicken is cooked.
- Add the butter chicken sauce and simmer until it all comes to a boil.
Serve over rice, with naan bread on the side.
