Ginger Veggie Stir Fry

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • stir fry vegetables

 

  1. Stir fry vegetables for a few minutes.   
  2. In a large bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and water until starch is dissolved. Add to vegetables, tossing to coat.  
  3. Cook unitl vegetables are tender and sauce has thickened.
