- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- stir fry vegetables
- Stir fry vegetables for a few minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and water until starch is dissolved. Add to vegetables, tossing to coat.
- Cook unitl vegetables are tender and sauce has thickened.
