- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- ½ jalapeño pepper
- 10 mushrooms (optional)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- paprika
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 or 2 (we like 2) 540ml cans of black beans or red kidney beans, drained (check for gluten content)
- 1 398ml can of regular baked beans (Bush's Best is usually gluten free)
- 1 284ml can of tomato soup (Campbell's Tomato with Basil and Oregano is gluten free)
- 1 398ml can of diced tomatoes (check for gluten)
- 1 can of corn
- Brown the ground beef in the bottom of a large soup pot.
- Add the onion and fry until translucent.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, bring them to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes.
