- Small beef brisket, cubed into very small pieces
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 can chickpeas
- 3 large carrots
- 4 large sticks of celery
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Bay leaves
- Small basket of white mushrooms
- A few frozen peas (add near the end of cooking)
- Large can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cardimom
- Dash of pepper
