- ½ cup margarine
- ½ cup white sugar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Mix the margerine and sugar.
- Mix in the eggs.
- Mix in the sour cream and bananas.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix them in.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon into muffin tins, with muffin papers.
- Bake at 205°C (400°F) for 16-18 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen.
