Vanadium

3 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup plus 3 tbsp sugar (7tbsp)
2 eggs plus milk to equal 1 1/3 cups
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp butter (3/8 cup or 6 tbsp)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp yeast

 

Divide dough into 2 eight inch baking pans.

Let rise and bake @ 325� until brown, aprox. 20-25 min.
