- 1 can of kidney beans
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 5 cups water
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- â…“ cup pot barley or macaroni
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup browned ground beef (optional)
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 250 ml can of diced tomatoes
- 284 ml can of tomato soup
- Simmer for 35-40 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove the bay leaf.
