- 1 package of ground beef (about 0.5 kg)
- 1 small onion
- 3/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 cups water
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups chopped or grated carrots
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can of pork and beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1/2 to 3/4 of a package of taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 3 Tbsp chili sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 bag of corn chips
If making this gluten free, check all of the separate ingredients to make sure they are all individually gluten free (some versions of many of these things can contain flour).
- Fry the first 6 ingredients together.
- Add the water and the rest of the ingredients, except for the shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
- Simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
- Scoop into bowls; add shredded cheese on top, and then a handful of corn chips.
The leftovers can be frozen.
