- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1½ tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- ¾ tablespoon vital wheat gluten (optional)
- 1½ tablespoons milk powder
- 1¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
Optional
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
Set the bread machine for a 1.0 lb. whole wheat loaf and press start.
