- 3/4 cup white sugar (CJ edit: 1/2 cup white sugar)
- 1/2 cup butter/margarine
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon (CJ edit: less (or no) cinnamon)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Mix butter and sugar together. Add bananas and egg; mix well.
- Stir in dry ingredients and vanilla just to moisten.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon into muffin tins (with muffin papers).
- Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins. (Or 36 mini muffins - bake for 15 minutes).
