- 3 bananas 🍌, mashed
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs 🥚, slightly beaten
- 3 tbsp sour milk (2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp vinegar)
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Mix ingredients (wet first, then dry, then chocolate chips last). Don't overmix.
- Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 90 min., or bake in a bread machine using the "yeast free" setting (and on our machine, reduce the temperature from 275°F to 265°F).
